    Our main courier is Australia Post. However we may use other courier services from time to time.

    Dispatching Orders

    Orders received Monday to Friday are usually dispatched on the same day or the following business day.

    Shipping options in Australia

    Standard Shipping: $11.95 per order

    Free Shipping for orders over $200.

    We do offer express shipping for $6.95. Just add the option to cart and will ship express.

    Please allow 3- 7 days for standard delivery.

    Delivery Times

    Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery as this depends on the destination. Occasionally couriers experience delays and as much as we don’t like it, these delays are outside of our control. We therefore do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Damages

    We go to great lengths to ensure this does not happen. We also offer shipping insurance for an additional $4 which we can add to your order to cover the full amount of the package.

    The Wholesome Hub Pty Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Card Acceptence

    We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard through Stripe. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.
