Get your child to sit or stand in a comfortable position.
Position the FLO Kids Saline Nasal Spray applicator tip just below the child’s nostril and spray the required dose into each nostril.
Wipe their nose with a soft, clean tissue (or get them to do themselves!).

2 years to 6 years: Up to 3 sprays per nostril
Over 6 years: Up to 4 sprays per nostri l
